We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/custom items, digital products, and clearance/sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

1. Contact us at office.rktrading@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges

• If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
