1. How long does shipping take?

2. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes ✅ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your country. Any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed, we cannot make changes as the item is already being prepared for shipment.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


9. What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry 😔! If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office.rktrading@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
